Aqua Obra
1. Responsibility and contact
This notice covers use of this website and enquiries about services presented under the Aqua Obra brand. Use the contacts at the end of this page for privacy questions or rights requests. The enquiry controller is Aqua Obra. Service terms are communicated before contracting.
2. Information you may share
The first message can include the area, the property type and what you can see. You can add whatever else is needed in WhatsApp. Share only what is needed. Avoid identity documents, health information and unnecessary images of people.
3. How this website’s form works
The button opens WhatsApp with a message composed on this device from the area, the property type and what you can see. This website does not store that message. It is sent only when you confirm it in the WhatsApp app. Photo upload is unavailable. Share files later only through the agreed channel and only when needed.
4. Purposes and legal basis
When you choose to contact Aqua Obra by phone or WhatsApp, the information you provide is used to understand and answer the enquiry, assess the service and prepare a possible quotation. Pre-contractual steps at your request may provide a legal basis. Contract performance and legal obligations have their own bases. Information about a specific engagement should be provided during contact. Marketing consent is not a condition of requesting a quotation.
5. Phone, WhatsApp and external services
Opening WhatsApp is your choice. The link takes you to a third-party service; a message is sent only when you confirm it there. That service is governed by its provider’s policies, including data handling and international transfers. Avoid sensitive information in an initial message. This site does not automatically load a WhatsApp widget.
6. Retention and recipients
This website does not store the message prepared on your device. For direct contacts, retention should be limited to answering, managing the relationship and meeting applicable legal obligations. The responsible provider should explain relevant recipients and retention periods. Closing this page does not delete information shared with an external service.
7. Cookies, preferences and measurement
No advertising or analytics tools load by default. City and language choices are reflected in the page address. First-party profiling cookies are not used. Any future measurement requiring consent must be offered separately and may be refused without blocking access to the services.
8. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Proportionate identity verification may be needed; do not send identity documents without a secure arrangement. Statutory response periods apply.
9. Complaints
You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados or Spain’s Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. Contacting Aqua Obra first is not a prerequisite.
10. Security and updates
Avoid sharing personal data on public devices and protect downloaded files. No communication channel offers absolute security. This notice must be updated when channels, purposes, providers or collection methods change. The date above identifies the revision.
